How many members are allowed in the gym at the same time?
Effective 12 PM January 4, 2021 Larimer county moved to level orange on the state’s status dial. This is known as high risk. “Gyms can operate at 25% capacity” In addition, we have updated our class capacity to 14.

PLEASE, continue to wear your masks, maintain 6 feet from others, and wash/sanitize your hands and equipment.
Are live group fitness classes back on the schedule?
Yes! Class capacity is limited to 14, and reservations using our F1 app are required.
Is your KidZone childcare open?
KidZone supervised childcare will remain closed until further notice per county restrictions. Members who pay for KidZone will not be charged during this time.
Do I need to wear a face mask while working out?
Yes, per state orders. Exempt are those who are "medically unable to do so".
What are your social distancing guidelines while in the club?
We are asking members to maintain a 6 foot distance between themselves and others in the Club. Fitness1 has implemented procedures to help ensure these distancing guidelines are respected including visual reminders, area closures, and staff to monitor and encourage these rules.
What else is Fitness1 doing to keep the gym clean?
Fitness1 is requesting that all members disinfect equipment before and after use and we supply three disinfecting wipe stations, as well as hand sanitizer throughout the entrance. We've added Photo Electrochemical Oxidation (PECO) nanotechnology air purification to our busiest areas to destroy viruses, VOCs, allergens, bacteria & mold. We will have F1 Team members cleaning all open areas of the gym throughout the operating hours.
