BODYPUMP is a barbell workout for anyone looking to get lean, toned, and fit – fast.
Using light to moderate weights with lots of repetition, BODYPUMP gives you a total body workout. Instructors will coach you through the scientifically proven moves and techniques pumping out encouragement, motivation and great music – helping you achieve much more than on your own! You’ll leave the class feeling challenged and motivated, ready to come back for more.
Just 4 You, taught by our certified personal trainer Allison Page-Rothermel, is our older adult class. It is low-impact, healthy, and fun! Taught by our certified personal trainer Allison, she will lead you through the 4 elements of cardio, flexibility, balance and strength.
YogaFlow: One of the most popular styles of Yoga practiced in the west, this Vinyasa Flow style class will take you through dynamic sequences of traditional sun salutations combined with standing and balancing postures. Set to some great music, we will focus on linking breath with movement as we build strength, endurance, flexibility, and a peaceful mind!
XFit, taught by Certified Personal Trainers, is a constantly varied training program that builds strength and conditioning through challenging functional workouts. Each class will test a different part of your functional strength or conditioning, not specializing in one particular thing, but rather with the goal of building a body that's physically capable of practically anything and everything within your fitness level.
BODYFLOW™ is the Yoga, Tai Chi, Pilates workout that builds flexibility and strength and leaves you feeling centered and calm. Controlled breathing, concentration and a carefully structured series of stretches, moves and poses to music create a holistic workout that brings the body into a state of harmony and balance.
