This workout is designed with one goal in mind: to make you feel like a rockstar and have fun working out! Our instructors will guide you through three of the hottest areas in fitness: Kickboxing for power, TRX for strength, and Battle Ropes for overall fitness. It's OK....FEEL INSPIRED. And yes - these are real 100 pound heavyweight bags. Please show up 15 minutes early for your first class so our experts can set you up!
BODYPUMP is a barbell workout for anyone looking to get lean, toned, and fit – fast.
Using light to moderate weights with lots of repetition, BODYPUMP gives you a total body workout. Instructors will coach you through the scientifically proven moves and techniques pumping out encouragement, motivation and great music – helping you achieve much more than on your own! You’ll leave the class feeling challenged and motivated, ready to come back for more.
Just 4 You is our older adult class. It is low-impact, healthy, and fun! Taught by our certified personal trainer Allison, she will lead you through the 4 elements of cardio, flexibility, balance and strength.

XFit, taught by Certified Personal Trainers, is a constantly varied training program that builds strength and conditioning through challenging functional workouts. Not recommended for beginners. Each class will test a different part of your functional strength or conditioning, not specializing in one particular thing, but rather with the goal of building a body that's physically capable of practically anything and everything within your fitness level.
BODYFLOW™ is the Yoga, Tai Chi, Pilates workout that builds flexibility and strength and leaves you feeling centered and calm. Controlled breathing, concentration and a carefully structured series of stretches, moves and poses to music create a holistic workout that brings the body into a state of harmony and balance.
PiYo is a mix of pilates, which focuses on muscle and core building, and yoga, which focuses on strength and flexibility. This total-body workout is designed to strengthen small muscles(triceps, shoulders, biceps, calves) and large muscles (hamstrings, back, chest).
