Class Descriptions:


CIRCL is a first-of-its-kind program that was created by Karate World Champion Ai Lee Syarief and fitness + education expert Joy Prouty, who together recognized the need for a comprehensive program that focuses on the ability to release physical restrictions, restore core capabilities, and renew range of motion.

CIRCL Mobility is not your typical exercise program; it truly focuses on actively taking your body through movement patterns and it's set to custom music that sets a relaxed tone. The program is designed to be accessible to individuals of all fitness levels and can be adapted to fit any lifestyle.

Zumba combines high energy and motivating music with unique moves and combinations that allow the Zumba participants to dance away their worries.  It is based on the principle that a workout should be 'FUN AND EASY TO DO' in order for Zumba participants to stick to the Zumba fitness program to achieve long-term health benefits.  Zumba is not only great for the body, but it is also great for the mind. It is a 'feel happy' workout.

Just 4 You, taught by our certified personal trainer Allison Page-Rothermel, is our active older adult class.  It is low-impact, healthy, and fun! Allison will lead you through the 4 elements of cardio, flexibility, balance and strength.

Just 4 Me is an all new, modified version of our original Just 4 You class.  It is a fun, yet slower paced, low-impact class specifically designed for older adults and those who are not currently physically active.  Allison, our certified personal trainer, will lead you though all 4 elements of exercise: cardio, strength, flexibility and balance.

YogaFlow, taught by certified yoga instructor Jamie Krause, is a  class where the movements are connected to each other in a flowing manner, and linking movement with the breath is a primary focus. Beginners are welcome and will be encouraged to pace themselves and focus on mastering the basic poses before moving onto the more complex poses. The flowing movements of this practice are not only great exercise, but it's also considered a moving meditation. Moving through a sequence of poses requires focus, concentration, and deep breathing. This in turn calms your mind and relieves stress.

XFit, taught by Certified Personal Trainers, is a constantly varied training program that builds strength and conditioning through challenging functional workouts. Each class will test a different part of your functional strength or conditioning, not specializing in one particular thing, but rather with the goal of building a body that's physically capable of practically anything and everything within your fitness level.
