Our Principles
The Club's Weight Management Center is based on the principle of understanding that your body's energy system is like
a balance scale. Intake (calories from your diet) vs. output (calories used during physical activity, BMR, and
ADL). It's that simple.
For example, if you eat 100 more calories per day than you burn off through physical activity, you'll gain almost 1 pound
per month, or almost 10 pounds per year.
There is a right number of daily calories for you to consume. This number depends on your age, activity level, gender,
height, BMR (basal metabolic rate), and whether you're trying to gain, maintain, or lose weight.

- 3 Non-Invasive Body Composition Tests

- The program is administered by the Club's certified trainers
