| Group Fitness Classes
The following classes are FREE for members. Class schedules are also available in the lobby.
Yoga:
Yoga is not a religion or a meditation technique. Meditation is only one of the components of a complete practice. Yoga is a 5,000-year-old science of life. This ancient health and fitness discipline offers many benefits, including stress reduction, emotional wellness, improved strength, flexibility, balance and postural alignment.
Class Times:
- Monday 4-5 pm
- Thursday 4-5 pm
Spinning:
Have you tried the low-impact, high-energy workout of Spinning? Our instructors will help you personalize your bike settings and provide extra cueing during the class in our cutting-edge room with surround sound and LED lighting. Due to class-size limitations, we recommend you sign up for classes up to 24 hours in advance by calling the front desk. Leave a message if there is no answer. We will call you back if you did not get your name on the list, so please leave your phone number. Reservations are forfeited once class begins. We recommend that you wear bike shorts, bring a water bottle and sweat towel.

- Monday 5:15-6:15 am and 6:00-7:00 pm
- Wednesday 5:15-6:15 am and 6:00-6:45 pm
- Saturday 9:00-10:00 am
Zumba:
Feel the music and let loose! We offer Zumba classes so you can party yourself into shape. Enjoy this new Latin-inspired dance fitness party with a friend or two!

- Tuesday 6:30-7:30 pm
- Saturday 9:30-10:30 am
Body Blast:
Have a BLAST with this high intensity group exercise class set to music. All fitness levels welcome. You'll experience high energy training moves for cardiovascular fitness, along with full body conditioning exercises utilizing dual-handle medicine balls and kettle bells. This class will also deliver strength through core-conditioning work.
